Heritage Covenants and By-Laws
Heritage POA is governed based upon the following Covenants and By-Laws. If an issue is not covered by any of these documents, then the Board must follow the Florida Statue. In addition, the Board must comply with all relevant. Florida law.
The original Covenants were recorded with Citrus County Book 1990/Page 478.

The Covenants were then restated Book 2042 / Page 230 on August, 2006.
Amendments to the Heritage POA Covenants
- On February 7th the Board voted to restore the minimum size single-family home to 1800 sq. ft. Certificate to Amend Covenants
